On January 4, 2019, we arrived at our house in Santiago Atitlán.
From the upstairs window you can see San Pedro volcano and Lake Atitlán.
Around our house there is a beautiful garden full of jungle-looking plants and trees that are great for climbing. My favorite tree is a big one that you have to climb a rock in order to get on it.
Canela is a sweet dog that lives nearby and loves belly rubs and pats on the head. She is gray and white, and a cool fact is that her name means “cinnamon” in Spanish.

ReplyDeleteThe class loved the picture of the volcano with the clouds floating by. It looked like it was smoke coming out of the top of the volcano. We all thought that was cool!
Please keep us posted on your adventures. We had a 2 hour delay of school today because of some snow. Looks a lot warmer where you are!
